The terms “us”, “our” and “Oxbridge Gateway” in this document refer to Oxbridge Gateway Ltd, and all directors, employees, contractors or other representatives of Oxbridge Gateway Ltd. The phrases “The website” or “our website” refer to the domain www.oxbridgegateway.com and all pages within it. The term “Our services” refers to any documentation, guidance or support offered, whether paid for or free of charge. Words in their singular include the plural and vice versa. Examples are included for illustrative purposes only and do not limit the interpretation of this contract.

The following terms apply to all use of this website and by using this website you agree that you have read and understood them in their entirety and accept these terms. Please also continue to read these terms and conditions regularly as we reserve the exclusive rights to modify them in any way at any time without any prior warning. If you do not agree to any of our terms and conditions, you must cease from using this website and all of our services.

Any information provided by Oxbridge Gateway in any format is to be considered guidance, and every individual is responsible for choosing how they wish to use such information in light of that.

Oxbridge Gateway is purely an advisory service; Oxbridge Gateway does not make any guarantees regarding the outcome of any admissions tests or university applications and cannot be held liable for any unsuccessful outcomes.

3. User Data and Confidentiality

If you register with Oxbridge Gateway you accept the following rules regarding user data and confidentiality. Our Privacy Policy sets out the information that we will collect about you and how your information will be used and who it may be shared with.

We reserve the right to retain for our own use customer details that you have provided us. This is to ensure we continue to provide you with the best service on any future occasions that you contact us. We do not share any of our customer details with any third parties.

If you would like a copy of any personal information we hold about you, please submit a written request to us and this can be arranged for an administrative charge.

If you would like to be completely removed from our database, please contact us and we will promptly deal with your request free of charge.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Reservation and Cancellation by the Student/Client

• All Consultations must be paid for before the scheduling of Consultations.

• The initial free Consultation requires the advance payment for at least one subsequent Consultation.

• Any cancellation or rescheduling must take place no less than 48 hours before the scheduled Consultation. In case of a cancellation, Oxbridge Gateway will refund the Client the net amount of the Consultation fee after the deduction of third-party transaction fee and an administrative fee of £15.

• If the Student/Client cancels or reschedules the Consultation within the 48-hour period, Oxbridge Gateway reserves the right to refuse a refund to the Student/Client.

• All cancellations must be made by the authorised person – in the case for Students aged below 18, it is the parent or guardian who is the Client. A formal request by email or telephone must be received from the authorised person before the cancellation can be confirmed.

• Please let us know as soon as you know if you cannot attend a Consultation.

Cancellation by the Consultant or Oxbridge Gateway

• The Consultant may cancel the Consultation with 24 hours’ prior notice to the Student/Client and no pre-paid fees will be refunded. In such cases, the Consultant will reschedule the Consultation.

• If the Consultant cancels a Consultation with less than 24 hours’ notice, both parties should still make attempts to reschedule the Consultation. Otherwise, the Student/Client can request a refund for that Consultation and Oxbridge Gateway will refund the net amount of the Consultation fee after the deduction of third-party transaction fee and an administrative fee of £15.

• Oxbridge Gateway reserves the right to change the Consultant but as much notice as possible will be given to the Student/Client. In the unlikely event that this occurs, you will be entitled to a full refund of the Consultation fee of the unused services without the deduction of any fees.

• Oxbridge Gateway reserves the right to cancel any service provision for any reason and at any time at our discretion. In the unlikely event that this occurs, you will be entitled to a full refund of the Consultation fee of the unused services without the deduction of any fees.

Refund Policies and Procedures

• Oxbridge Gateway will inform the Student/Client of the refund arrangement either over the telephone or by email. For Students aged below 18, their parents or guardians should proceed with the refund procedures on behalf of the Students.

• Any refund will be made directly to the Client’s bank account within 14 days of refund agreement.

5. Operation of the website and functionality

Oxbridge Gateway strives to keep the website safe for all users. As we value our customers’ experience, we would greatly appreciate it if you could notify us of any non-functionality of the website encountered.

As our website user, you will not facilitate or encourage any violations of the following rules.

You will not upload viruses or other malicious code. You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of the website, such as a denial of service attack.

You will not post content that is hateful, threatening, pornographic, or that contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence. Users will not send or post unauthorised commercial communications on the website.

You will not offer any contest, giveaway, or sweepstakes on the website.

You will not use www.oxbridgegateway.com to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
